Trinity Trading provides digital software products, including but not limited to StealthScalp — an automated trading strategy designed for use with NinjaTrader 8. Our products are tools intended to assist with futures trading on supported platforms. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Our software is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] to request a full refund. This guarantee applies to the first payment only and does not apply to subsequent renewal charges.

5. Refund Policy

Beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

6. License & Usage

  • Upon payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own trading purposes.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the software.
  • Each license is tied to a single Machine ID. Using the software on multiple machines requires separate licenses.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your license if these terms are violated.

7. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether futures trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition, experience, and risk tolerance.

  • Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes when using our software.
  • Trinity Trading is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
  • Nothing on our website or in our products constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. Hypothetical Performance

Any performance data, backtests, or projections displayed on our website are hypothetical and subject to inherent limitations. Hypothetical results do not represent actual trading, do not account for financial risk, and may not reflect the impact of market conditions, liquidity, or slippage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Trading and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, software bugs, or technical issues
  • Actions or decisions made based on information provided on our website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trinity Trading in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All software, code, strategies, algorithms, content, graphics, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Trinity Trading. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Trademarks & Disclaimers

Trinity Trading is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any prop firm, brokerage, data feed provider, or trading platform mentioned on this website. All third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and service marks — including but not limited to NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, CQG, and any prop firm names — are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes. Reference to these brands does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and access at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the software
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or other customers

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Trading, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
